1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fuj19 website and platform (collectively, "the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the fuj19 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with the fuj19 Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2 Eligibility

To register and use the fuj19 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fuj19 strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction across all its services. Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the fuj19 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended. Balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

4 Account Verification

fuj19 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm the identity and age of its players, prevent fraud, and ensure the integrity of its payment systems. By registering an account, you consent to this verification process and agree to cooperate fully with any verification requests.

fuj19 may request the following documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a bonus claim, or in response to a security review:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement from bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

5 Deposits & Payments

fuj19 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other methods as listed on the fuj19 cashier page from time to time. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your fuj19 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Verification requirement: Withdrawals may only be processed once your account has completed the required KYC verification as described in Section 4.
• Payment method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. fuj19 reserves the right to require the same method as a fraud prevention measure.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by fuj19. fuj19 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Bet settlement: Bets will be settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). fuj19's decision on bet settlement is final.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, postponement beyond a specified period, or where the bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

• Registering more than one account on the fuj19 Platform, whether under your own name or another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, including for betting, game-play, or bonus claiming purposes.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or system glitches in the Platform or its games for financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are void and will be reclaimed.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

fuj19 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A request for self-exclusion by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A dormant account fee may be applied after a specified notice period in accordance with fuj19's dormant account policy.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting fuj19 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
